- Food Security & Health: To provide fresh, organic, and pesticide-free produce that can be enjoyed directly by the NUSA BUILDERS community and workforce.
- Ecosystem Sustainability & Zero Waste: To practice a circular economy by recycling organic office waste into nutrient-rich compost, naturally enriching the soil of our garden.
- Space Innovation & Green Design: To serve as a pilot project demonstrating that every construction project can integrate a sustainable agricultural ecosystem without compromising architectural aesthetics.
